Abstract:

    This time, our clear corporation between the system user and the vendor in system development leads a great success and we both sides won the award. We explain how we have built a new style of the relationship between system users and the vendor with CCPM. Each leader from the both sides will talk how we have adopted CCPM in different roles and what we’ve achieved.


Biography:

 Isao Nakae 

   Born in 1965 and raised in Hyogo, Japan

He has worked for Fujitsu Systems West (previously “Fujitsu Kansai System Engineering Ltd.”) since 1988, and supported clients from logistic and manufacturing industries. 

His main role is project management and assist of management innovation. From 2002, he has worked on ERP business and become the vender side’s project manager in SAP ERP implementation with CCPM for Daiwa House Industry from 2009.

 

 Ryuzo Matsuyama 


   Born in 1964 and raised in Kyoto, Japan.He entered Daiwa House Industry Co, Ltd in 1988, and worked in Account dept. Since 2010, he has worked as the project leader to install SAP ERP system (DG-CORE) in Accounting. In the project, he adopted CCPM in Daiwa House Industry and joined the project for restructuring Information System dept. He is currently the project leader for the rollout of DG-CORE.
